Redefining rehab means stepping beyond just the reduction of aches and pains; it goes past the basic and boring rehabilitation exercises and progresses you through fundamental and foundational movement patterns to building stamina, strength, and power using the core elements of human movement: squat, hinge, push, pull, carry.
We start the process with a detailed interview and assessment so we have a good understanding of your current abilities and future goals. We then formulate a strategic plan to achieve your goals and initiate a personalized 12-week program.
You will be working with a Registered Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer who will communicate with your healthcare providers (Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, Medical Doctor) to ensure the most efficient and effective delivery of your program. And, our Kinesiologists work closely and collaborate with our very own Dr. Maxwell (an industry leader in assessment & rehabilitation) to ensure optimum results in even the most stubborn injuries.
