Drake Wilson, BSc, Registered Kinesiologist

Drake's Background in adventure sports has shown him the importance of prehab as well as the impact a good rehabilitation practitioner can have on an injured person's life. Watching his peers or athletic heroes recover from traumatic injuries inspired Drake to pursue his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria. During his studies, Drake worked as a volunteer youth rock climbing coach, and athletic trainer for a local high school football team and helped manage a local adventure tourism business. Since joining our team Drake has worked closely alongside Dr. Maxwell, refining his skills as a kinesiologist to provide you with individualized, evidence-based exercise rehabilitation.

Drake practices exercise rehabilitation with a systematic and evidence-based approach. Starting with a comprehensive history and assessment, he takes time to teach every client the foundations of movement to ensure the safety and proper progressions for all his clients. Drake uses a variety of stretching, postural training, strength, and endurance training to help his clients get moving and live better. Whether you are exercising for the first time, a seasoned athlete or anyone in between, Drake would be thrilled to assist you in achieving your movement and fitness goals!
